On Tuesday March 18, the French Ministry of Vocational Training signed three strategic agreements with Agence Éducation Développement (AED), the Centre régional de formation pour l'entretien routier (CERFER) and the Centre de formation aux métiers de l'industrie (CFMI).
These partnerships aim to strengthen teacher-trainer training to align teaching with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This initial three-year renewable pilot phase targets five high-demand specialties: refrigeration and air conditioning, plumbing, construction, automotive mechanics and general mechanics.
Thanks to the expertise and infrastructure of the partner centers, the initiative guarantees quality apprenticeships and meets the needs of the labor market. The government's ambition is to modernize technical education and improve the transmission of skills through appropriate continuing training.
