Since its official launch in 2022, the digitization of public services in Togo has continued to profoundly transform administrative procedures. In 2024, the country reached a new milestone by adding over 60 new services to the national portal, confirming its commitment to modernizing and making public services more accessible.
These new services, developed with the help of Agence Togo Digital (ATD) and several ministries, cover a wide range of areas including citizenship, justice, commerce, security, energy and the environment.
This diversification has accelerated procedures, increased transparency and improved the operation of public services, to the benefit of citizens and businesses alike.
In just one year, over 400,000 requests were processed via the platform, an impressive figure that represents a fourfold increase on the performance recorded in the first year of operation in 2022.
This result testifies to the growing effectiveness of the tool. and the massive adoption of these digitalized services by users throughout the country.
For 2025, the Togolese authorities intend to maintain this momentum by continuing to expand the services on offer and further simplifying citizens' access to administrative procedures. This ambition sets the country on the path to a modern, transparent and inclusive administration.
