On March 21 in Kara, the Ministry of Human Rights launched a national awareness campaign on the Fifth Republic under the theme: "Discovering, living and committing to the 5th Republic.
The aim is to explain recent institutional reforms to the public, notably the transition to a parliamentary system and the creation of new institutions such as the President of the Council and the Council of State.
Minister Pacôme Adjourouvi stressed the importance of this step to avoid any misunderstanding and strengthen democracy. The campaign will run until March 24 throughout the country.
