On a working visit to Burkina Faso this Monday, March 10, 2025, Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama met with Captain Ibrahim Traoré, President of Faso, to discuss cooperation between the two nations.


At the end of the meeting, a number of concrete projects were highlighted, including the introduction of a daily air flight between Accra and Ouagadougou, and the construction of a gas pipeline linking the two countries.
Discussions also focused on joint efforts to combat terrorism and boost trade, with the aim of facilitating the flow of goods and people.
These initiatives testify to a shared desire to strengthen economic and security ties within the region.
