In application of ordinances No. 3247/2024 of December 23, 2024 and No. 3314/2024 of December 30, 2024, the Office Togolais des Recettes (OTR) is announcing a major public auction of twelve (12) containers of general merchandise.
This event will take place on Tuesday January 28, 2025 , from 09:30 am, at the Direction des Opérations Douanières located at the Port of Lomé.
Conditions of participation :
The sale will be made to the highest bidder, with immediate payment and a mark-up of 12 %.
Participants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of 25,000 FCFA, available from the Customs legal section.
Auctions not settled by 5:30 pm on the same day will be cancelled.
No claims will be accepted after the auction.
