Togo, in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, is continuing to extend access to drinking water for its population.
With over 2.1 million inhabitants in Greater Lomé, demand for water is high, and the government has set up a series of projects to increase access to this vital resource.
By 2025, it aims to achieve a coverage rate of 75 % in the region, with massive investments to modernize infrastructure, expand production capacity and diversify supply sources, ensuring better service and reducing water losses.
