Elim CAN 2025 (J2): Algeria extend their lead to top Group E, other results and standings

The second day of the Africa Cup of Nations ( CAN 2025) qualifiers came to a close on Tuesday September 10, 2024. In Group E, where Togo play, there was a big gap after the match between Liberia and Algeria.

Algeria have thus made it two wins out of two in this CAN 2025 qualifying campaign. On Tuesday, the Fennecs came out on top in Liberia (3-0) thanks to goals from Gouiri, Zorgane and Bounedjah. With 6 points, Algeria leads Group E, followed by Togo on 2 points. Here are the other results and rankings after this second day.
